Barbara Carter

Barbara Carter passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 in Graham.  Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.

Barbara was born April 21, 1956 in Jacksboro to May Dell and Billy Bob Pierce.  Barbara married Michael Thompson Carter on September 26, 1980 and together they raised 4 children and built a happy life. Barbara loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. Most anyone you ask will have a wonderful story to tell about something they shared with Barbara. Her smile and laugh could melt away bad days and make everything right again.

She is preceded in death by her father Bill Pierce and mother May Dell Pierce, father-in-law Harold Carter and mother-in-law Sue Carter, and brother-in-law Clyde Young.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Carter of Graham, daughter, Amber Cook of Wichita Falls, daughter, Michelle Carter of Graham, son, Michael Chance Carter of Graham, daughter, Carrie Wilson her husband Jeremy Wilson, grandson, Ace Ratcliff and granddaughter, Kyra Wilson of Norman Oklahoma, brother, Jerry Pierce and wife Suzanne of Libby, Montana, sister, Linda Young of Lander, Wyoming, and multiple nieces and nephews.
