Buddy Wayne Myrick

Buddy Wayne Myrick, 82, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at his home. Graveside funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Buddy Wayne was born February 15, 1939 in Graham to the late Agnes (Cox) Myrick and W.J. (Bud) Myrick. Buddy married Winona Ainsworth August 9, 1956. He worked as the Produce manager for Safeway Grocery for 16 years and United Grocery for 8 years. Buddy Wayne (Roadrunner) was a self-employed truck driver for 39 years.

Survivors include; wife, Winona Myrick of Graham; daughters, Charlene Etheridge and husband Anthony of Graham, Carla Myrick of Graham; grandson, Justin Stewart and wife Susan of Cedar Park; great grandchildren, Alex and Grayson Stewart; brother, W.J. (Dub) Myrick of Graham; brother-in-law, L.B. (Honey) Ainsworth of Bryson; two nephews, three nieces and a special friend Linda Freeman of Lawton, OK.
