This instilled her love for horses and cattle at a young age. Her mother Suda, owned and operated the Farmer Café in Ft. Worth. When she and Malcolm divorced he returned to the ranch in Farmer. Christella loved to spend summers with her dad in Farmer as a young girl. She hauled her two daughters Linda & Lisa for many years showing Paint horses where she met many lifelong friends. Chris returned to her roots when she and Bob purchased land in Farmer and she was able to enjoy her dream of having cattle and living on a ranch. After Bob passed away she worked for many years as a volunteer at the Food Bank in Graham and at Graham Regional Hospital.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her son James Terry Jones of Austin.
