Dickie Hoffman, 87, passed away Saturday August 22, 2026. Funeral is scheduled 2:00 p.m. Tuesday August 25, 2026 in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery.
Dickie was born August 19, 1939 in Graham to the late Johnnie Catherine (Bower) Hoffman and O.B. Hoffman. He married Eva Hensley September 12, 1964 in Pecos, Texas. Dickie was a Veteran US Army. He spent most of his career working at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as a repairman. After retirement Dickie became a Deputy with the Young County Sheriff’s Office, he later became a Young County Constable and served four years. He worked as bailiff for Young County 90th District Court. Dickie loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include; wife, Eva Hoffman of Graham; son, Gearld Hoffman and wife Sheryl of Owassa, OK.; Dickie’s extended family, Roger “Bubba” Busch of Fort Worth and Randy and Glena Coon of Haslet; grandchildren, Blake and Kym Thomas of Claremore, OK., Haley and Tuff Hodge of Owassa, OK., and Tanner Hoffman of Norman, OK.; great grandchildren, Lexie and Bennet Thomas, Jensen Hodge; miss baby girl arriving September 2, 2026.
Dickie was preceded in death by his mother Johnnie Catherine Shaw and step-father L.S. Shaw, his father O.B. Hoffman, brother Buddy Hoffman, sisters Charlotte Shuck and Deloris Blocker, and his two of best friends Sheriff Bryan Walls and Abe Busch.
Memorials may be made to; Graham Area Food Bank, St. Judes Children’s Hospital, or your favorite charity.
