Dorothy Maxine Blevins

Dorothy Maxine Blevins, 97, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 in Graham.  Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Newcastle Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Maxine was born October 7, 1923 in Healdton, Oklahoma to the late William Matterson and Beulah Christine (Herrell) Shipman.

Survivors include: daughters, Betty Jackson of Graham, Nancy Hudson and husband, Tommy of Abilene and Teresa Groit and husband, Scott of Sartell, Minnesota; son, R.B. Maxwell, Jr. of Newcastle; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Florabelle Baldwin, a son, Charles Maxwell and a daughter Brenda Martin.
