Jeff Wilbanks

Jeffery Lynn Wilbanks passed away October 12, 2026 in Wichita Falls, TX. at the age of 67. He was born July 29, 1959 in Phoenix, AZ. Throughout his life he wore many hats. Jeff worked in the oilfield beginning at an early age, then went onto serve in the Army, and in his later years found himself behind the wheel of a truck driving cross country for Wilbanks Transport. On his days home he loved hosting big meals, cooking on his smoker, and having everyone over. Jeff leaves behind a family who loved him dearly and will forever cherish the memories shared with him.

He is survived by his life partner Cindy Calhoun of Graham; daughter, Amanda and husband Jason Thompson of Phoenix, AZ.; sons, Justin Wilbanks of Arkansas, Will and wife Brittany Calhoun of Graham, Phillip Ryan Calhoun of Graham; sister, Janet Syarnes of Lubbock; he also leaves behind grandchildren whom he loved dearly. Jeff’s love for his grandbabies held a special place in his heart. They were a treasured part of his life.

He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Wilbanks, mother Ann Barton and late wife Kathy Wilbanks, brothers, Jerry, Johnny, Jimmy, and Jack Wilbanks, sister Judy Miller, who he will be reunited with in eternity.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 31, 2026 at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. After the service family and friends are invited to gather for a meal in celebration of Jeff’s life at 2550 FM 3003.
