Jimmy Guinn

Jimmy Guinn, 71, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 in Graham.  Funeral services will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 at 10 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Jimmy was born October 20, 1951 in Graham to the late Richard James and Bessie Lois (McClain) Guinn.  He married Angela Dunsworth November 21, 1992 in Graham and she preceded him in death November 30, 2013.  Jimmy, (or “Jimmy Jack” as he was referred to by many friends and family) was an avid Texas Longhorns football fan. He also loved watching the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys (although he was disappointed weekly by the Cowboys since the mid 90’s). He enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar, having a good time, adult beverages, spending time with family and friends, and he was especially proud of his 2 children and grandchildren.  He was a believer in Jesus Christ and his family has peace knowing Jimmy was welcomed into Heaven the moment he took his last breath on Earth. 

Survivors include: son, Jason Guinn and wife, Lezli of Graham; daughter, Amy Stubblefield and husband, Chad of Wichita Falls; brother, Danny Guinn and wife, Helen of Jacksboro; grandchildren, Tyler Collins, Caleb Guinn, Emma Guinn, Molly Guinn, Annie Stubblefield and Bella Stubblefield; nieces, Terri, Laurie, Danielle, and Laura. 

He was preceded in by sister, Linda Guinn and brother, Billy Guinn.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
