Jimmy Reed

Jimmy Reed, 76, passed away at his home Tuesday, July 11, 2023.  Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday July 16, 2023 at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. 

Jimmy was born May 22, 1947 in Snyder, Texas to the late Mattie (Weise) Reed and Cyrus P. Reed.  He graduated from Chicago Electronic College in Chicago.  Jimmy married Carolyn Moore, March 17, 1967 in Graham.  Jimmy was the Owner of Graham Television Service for many years. 

Jimmy loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors.  He enjoyed working with the public for many years.  Jimmy may not have remembered everyone’s name but he knew where you lived and what type of television you had.  He had a knack for fixing anything and everything.  His family often referred to Jimmy and his magic screwdriver.  Jimmy loved his family and family cookouts and spending time together.

Survivors include; wife, Carolyn Reed of Graham; daughter, Stacey Clayton and husband Kerry of Graham; granddaughter, Taylor Quillin and husband Raymond of Breckenridge; sisters, Betty Brown of Graham and JoAnn Keith of North Richland Hills.
