Joyce Jerl Quillin Riley

Joyce Jerl Quillin Riley, 76, passed away Monday, December 15, 2008 at her home in Graham. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 19, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Graham Church of God with Pastor Don Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Newcastle Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Joyce was born on August 2, 1932 in Graham to the late Clarence L. and Elizabeth Myrtle (Lowe) Quillin. Joyce was a retired caregiver, a lifetime resident of Graham, and a member of the Graham Church of God.

Survivors include: three daughters, Patty L. Clark and husband Bobby of Graham, Brigitte L. Gaston and husband John of Graham, and Brenda L. Kunkel and husband Donnie of Olney; son, Robert J. Riley of Jean; sister, Dixie Hagler of Amity, MO; brother, Ronnie Quillin of Graham; eight grandchildren, Ava Wooten, Stacy L. Shifflett Riley, Melissa A. Ryan, Rebeca Whiteley, Joe Bob Baggett, Bobby J. Riley, Nicholas Kunkel, and Riley Kunkel; 11 great grandchildren, Christopher Walker, Chloe Walker, Brittiany Ryan, Sheridan Ryan, Leighton Shifflett, Lexis Shifflett, Grant Baggett, Trent Baggett, Dorian Wooten, Lucas Riley, and Payten Kunkel.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Alva, Jimmy, and Jack Quillin and a daughter-in-law, Sandy L. Riley.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
