Kenneth Richard Kominek

Kenneth Richard Kominek, 54, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 in Lewisville, Texas. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 11 am in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel in Graham, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Ken was born February 28, 1959 in Garfield Heights, Ohio to Richard and Patricia Kominek. Ken Married Sharon Shoemate on March 20th 1982 in Graham, Texas. Ken worked at the TXU Power Plant in Graham for many years. Following his time with TXU he was an engineer for AEP in Carrolton, Texas. Ken loved nothing more in this life than his family and the Dallas Stars. Ken was a loving father and husband.
Survivors include his wife; Sharon Kominek of Lewisville, TX, daughter; Cherish Clouse and husband Ryan of Garland TX, son; Tyler Kominek of Lewisville, TX, mother; Patricia Kominek of Garfield Heights, Ohio, sisters; Judy Wilger and husband Ron of Mountain Home, Arkansas , Kathy Kirkham and husband David of Garfield Heights, Ohio, brother Dennis Kominek of Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Ken was preceded in death by his father Richard Kominek, and his beloved in-laws Edwin and Barbara Shoemate.
A time to visit Ken's family will be held Thursday, October 10, 2013 5 until 7 pm at Morrison Funeral Home.
