Kolton Wade Goodner, age 2, passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021 in Fort Worth,Texas. Funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson,Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Kolton was born on May 15, 2019 at 4:36 pm in Fort Worth, Texas to Mackenzie and Larz Goodner. From that moment forward, he brought such love and joy to his parents, family, friends, and all who knew him. We will forever cherish watching him grow and learn. Constantly inquisitive, energetic, and loving with a tad bit of stubbornness. Kolton’s heart is pure, his disposition sweet with a humorous personality. He loves his family, friends, swimming, dinosaurs, donut holes, biscuits & gravy, and chocolate milk. He loves to drive everyone crazy with the repetition of dinosaur songs and requests for “nacks”.
Kolton Wade is survived by his parents, Mackenzie and Larz Goodner of Graham; grandparents, Terry "T-Pa" and Brenda "Nana" Fields of Bryson, Kevin “K-Pa” and Connie “MeMaw” Goodner of Midland, and Marty “Papa” and Debbie “DeDe” Cathey of Jacksboro; great grandparents, Lewis "Papa" and Angela "Mimi" Fields of Bryson, Buddy Broomhall of Fort Worth, Doris Goodner of Wichita Falls, and Tom and Lynn Gallagher of Wichita Falls, Aunts, Codie Fields and partner John Collins, Mallorie Fields and fiancé Clay Robinson, Harley Terrell and husband James, Jordan Goodner and fiancé Stacey Price, and Lily Cathey; uncles, Leighton Goodner, Levi Goodner, and Josh Goodner; along with numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by great grandmother, Alice Broomhall, great grandfather Edward Blooming Goodner, great aunt Vickey Boyle, and great greatgreat-grandparents, Hal and Francis Walling, Leila Garner, and Lawrence and Etta Mae Fields.
