Larry Kirby

Larry Kirby, 67, passed away Monday August 17, 2026 in Fort Worth. A Memorial Graveside will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 29, 2026 in Pioneer Cemetery, open to the public.

Larry was born February 10, 1959 in Graham to the late Sherry Pemberton Kirby and Jerry Mack Kirby. He married Ida Temblador, August 28, 1981 in Wichita Falls. Larry worked for United Supermarkets for 30 years. He was involved with Graham Chamber of Commerce, United Way and a member of the Lions Club. Larry moved to Decatur in 2006 and operated a Sears and Verizon store for 14 years. He moved to Weatherford in 2020 to retire. Larry loved the Texas Rangers, Willie Nelson, and his music; But first and foremost he loved his family and enjoyed spending the holidays with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include; wife, Ida Kirby of Weatherford; daughters, Angela Bahl and husband Larry of Graham, Tracy Waggoner and husband Scott of Carrollton, and Jessica Kirby of Burleson; grandchildren, Cody Bahl, Katelyn Myers both of Fort Worth, Ashley Bahl of Graham, Sarah Myers and Everly Owens of Burleson.

Larry was preceded in death by father Jerry Kirby, mother Sherry Sheets, brother Mark Kirby, and grandparents Nola and Gaylord Kirby.
