Linda Redstone passed away peacefully the morning of May 23, 2022, at the young age of 70 in Graham, Texas. She was born August 29, 1951 in Seattle, Washington to the late Mary and William Langlitz. Upon graduating from George Cannon High School on Midway Island, she joined the Airforce where she achieved the rank of E-4/Senior Airman. After an honorable discharge from the military, she settled in Billerica, Massachusetts with her ex-husband, where they raised their only daughter, Cindy Moore.
Linda was an independent, free spirit and outgoing individual with a love of animals and food. Her late husband, Richard Redstone, brought her to Texas where she ultimately called home for over 30 years living alongside her late parents. She enjoyed long talks on the deck of her house, pool swims with her mother, moo moos that put fashion week to shame, cold margaritas, laughing with good friends, singing out loud, taking naps and eating lobster any chance she could.
Linda is survived by her daughter Cindy and son-in-law CJ Moore, her sister, Lyla Larouche, and her brother William Langlitz, and many close friends and extended family. A memorial service will be held at a future date.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Humane Society of Young County 120 Craig St. Graham, TX 76450 www.humanesociety-yc.org 940-549-7692.
