Mildred DeLong

Mildred DeLong, 90, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in Graham.  Funeral service will be Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow  in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Mildred was born near Loving, Texas on August 20, 1925 to the late Morris and Annie (Queen) Boyd.  She taught school in Loving for several years.  She married Clyde DeLong, August 25, 1945 in Graham.  He preceded her in death on January 17, 1987.  Mildred was a member of First Baptist Church.  She retired in 1989 after 23 years as Manager of Sears in Graham.  Mildred and Clyde liked camping and were charter members of Lake Country RV Club and Cracker Town Sams RV Club.

Survivors include; daughters, Clydene Tucker and husband James of Mead, OK, Marilyn Bartee and husband Garry of Dublin; sons, Morris DeLong and wife Kimberly of Mineral Wells, Allen DeLong of Graham; brother, Leonard Boyd and wife Mary Jo of San Angelo; twenty grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
