Orlin Ainsworth, 95, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2022 at his home in Bryson.  Funeral will be 3:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Bryson Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery in Jack County.  Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Orlin was born July 4, 1927 in Bryson to the late Margaret Eleanor Lowe Ainsworth and Ubern A. Ainsworth.  He married Lorene Hinson on January 9, 1948 in Jacksboro.  He was the owner and operator of Ainsworth Brothers Oil and a Rancher.  He was a member of First Baptist Church Bryson and a lifetime resident of Bryson. Orlin loved being involved in trips with his covered wagon. He took many trips to Anadarko, Oklahoma and Red Stegall. He did an annual trip to the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Survivors include; wife, Lorene Ainsworth of Bryson; daughters, Louise Osborn and husband Stephen of Bryson, Arlene Thompson of Cisco, and Jean Manley and husband Larry of Loving; brother, Benjie Ainsworth and wife Donna of Graham; along with 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Winfred, Wordie, Veldie, and Louie Lud.

Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Morrison Funeral Home.
