Otis Gene Mosley

Otis Gene Mosley, 94, passed away at his home in Austin Thursday March 28, 2024.  Graveside funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 6, 2024 in Pioneer Cemetery in Graham.  

Otis was born October 7, 1929 in Mineral Wells to the late Vivis Ann (Bogard) Mosley and Otis Mosley.  He attended schools in South Bend, Graham, and North Texas University.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army.  Otis married Billie Jo McClanahan October 27, 1953 in Graham.  Otis was Division Manager for State Farm Insurance in Austin.  He was a member of Spring Valley Methodist Church, Long Horn Association, and Lions Club.

Survivors include; wife, Billie Mosley of Austin; daughter, Shelley Mosley Kamp and husband Jerry of Austin; their children, Kenneth Kamp and wife Loren, and two great grandchildren, Mason and Miles Kamp of Austin; (Otis was preceded in death by a son, Barry Gene Mosley) his daughter Heather Winner and husband Bobby and their children, Kali, Alexa, and Carmyn Winner of Round Rock, Barry's son Travis Mosley and wife Kelly of Pflugerville. 

Otis was preceded in death by  a sister, Helen Snyder.
