Pat Ruth Parker

Pat Ruth Parker, age 90, passed away in Graham on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. A graveside funeral will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Patsy was born on February 8, 1931 in Portland, Oregon to the late Herbert Woody Blair, Sr. and Frances Elizabeth Wilson. She married Herschell Raymond Parker and he preceded her in death in 2008.

Patsy is survived by her sons, David Parker of Graham and William Parker of Jacksboro; and brother, Herbert Blair, Jr.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 5 siblings, Juanita Burkhart, Loubelle Stovell, Winona Dudgeon, Rex Blair, and Utah Blair.
