Patricia Robinson

Patricia “Pat” Robinson, 83, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Dallas, Texas.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 2 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Pioneer Cemetery.

Pat was born January 31, 1942, in Murray, Texas, to the late William Hyde and Florence Myrick Singleton. She married Roy Oliver Robinson on February 5, 1960, in Graham, Texas, and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2001. Pat enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Media News Group, where she was respected for her professionalism and dedication. She also served on numerous boards and supported many charitable organizations throughout her life. In 2018, Pat was named Humanitarian of the Year at the 25th Annual Western Fantasy, an honor that reflected her lifelong generosity and commitment to helping others. She was a member of Arapahoe Road Baptist Church in Centennial, Colorado. For over 30 years, Pat made her home in Denver before relocating to Dallas to be with her family during her final months. Pat loved traveling and seeing the world, attending live concerts and theater performances, and sharing good meals with family and friends. Sundays at 2 p.m. were sacred for her family gatherings, and she never missed celebrating a birthday. Known for her warm and joyful spirit, she was famous for saying, “Everything was the best she ever had.” Whether she was savoring a meal, attending a party, or spending time with loved ones, Pat truly loved life — and she had more friends than anyone could count.

She is survived by her daughters, Diana Morton of Garland, Texas, and Donna Thomas and husband, Bennie, of Royse City, Texas; brother, Dean Singleton of Denver, Colorado; grandchildren, Racheal Hernandez, Tiffany Sinclair (Eric), Natalie Jones, Tatom Thomas (Shelby), Katie Najarro (Cristian), and Tyler Jones; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Robinson; daughter, Deborah “Debbie” Jones; and grandson, Brian Killion.

Pat is dancing in heaven and reunited with her beloved Roy, Debbie, and Brian. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
