Richard Warren Brannies

Richard Warren Brannies, 61, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 in Graham.  Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the VFW Post 8567.

Richard was born June 25, 1955 in Fort Worth to Warren Sherril and Mattie Jean (Roberts) Brannies.  He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Desert Storm.  Richard worked for The Washhouse and was a member of the VFW Post 8567.

Survivors include: daughter, Janice D. Abraham of Savannah, Georgia; sons, Richard Warren Brannies, II of Brunswick, Georgia and Hunter Warren Brannies of Savannah, Georgia; father, Warren Brannies of Graham; sister, Loraine Brannies and Elaine Padgett both of Searcy, Arkansas; brother, Thomas Stephens of Mansfield; grandchildren, Carson Abraham and Reagan Stastny both of Savannah, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Jean Brannies.
