Richard was born October 3, 1961 in Dallas to the late Beulah (Cook) Cox and Richard Arlyn Cox Sr. Richard was a resident of Bryson for the last several years where he was employed as a carpenter.
Survivors include; daughter, Stephanie Cox; son, Brandon Cox both of Dallas; four grandchildren.
