Richard Wheeler

Richard Michael Wheeler, 75, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 in Abilene.  A memorial service will be held Monday, January 29, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel.

Richard was born July 26, 1948 in Graham to the late Horace and Jean (Smith) Wheeler.  He married Melba McKinney May 7, 1976 in Abilene.   Richard was a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include: wife, Melba Wheeler of Hawley; daughter, Sandra and husband, Mike Ferrell of Salt Lake City, Utah; sons, Dean Gann-Olehy and wife, Tracy Cambridge, MN, Richard Michael Wheeler Jr and wife, Jodi of Rotan, Texas and Robert Marshall Wheeler and wife, Tonya of Graham, Texas; grandchildren, Wyatt Michael Wheeler and Brandon Michael Wheeler.
