Barry was born December 6, 1946 in Olney to R.E. and Maxine Moore. He was a devoted husband, father and family man whose greatest joy was his wife Freda and the life they made together over the last 40 years. He had a generous loving heart, and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Though he could be a little turd at times, it only made him more uniquely himself. An electrician by trade, he was a hard worker who took pride in providing for his family. In addition to these, he truly had a love for chickens. And anyone who knew him knew this. Not only the chickens, but hunting, his mopar muscle cars, and car shows. Don't forget about the hot rods too, like the corvette he proudly owned. He was a life long Dallas Cowboys fan and never missed an episode of Survivor. In his younger days he loved going dancing and drinking. No one could forget about him sneaking off with Allen and Freda hunting him down and draggin him home. He had a well known sweet tooth and never passed up cakes, pies, honey buns, donuts or candy bars. Above all he loved his wife and family fiercely. Family time and functions were very important to him. His love, laughter, and larger than life itself will be deeply missed and remembered forever.
