Ruthie E. Thomas

Ruthie Thomas, 58, passed away Thursday August 13, 2026 at her home in Graham. Funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Monday August 17, 2026 in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery.

Ruthie was born April 6, 1968 in Kerrville, Texas to Beatrice Pearl (Lee) Goodman and Jim Alex Goodman. She was a Certified Nurse Assistant working in several places. Ruthie married Billy Don Thomas December 14, 1989 in Graham. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2021. She was a member of Abundant Life Church in Graham.

Survivors include; mother, Pearl Goodman Higgins of Graham; sons, Lonnie Goodman of Graham, Tom Goodman of Graham, James Goodman and wife Maryann of Bowie, and David Goodman of Wichita Falls; daughter, Beatrice Goodman of Illinois; cousin, Sandra Stayton of Graham; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Ruthie was preceded in death by her father Jim Goodman, her husband Billy Don Thomas, brother Louis Goodman, and sister Laverne Goodman.

Family Visitation will Sunday August 16, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
