Sandra Glassey

Sandra Dee Glassey “Dee Dee”, 65, of Mineral Wells, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born April 2, 1961 in Perryton to Steve and Mary Glassey. Dee Dee will be remembered for her wild and crazy, care free spirit. Her rebellious and stubborn attitude. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She loved thrift shopping and watching her wrestling. Her taste in music was a reflection of her personality with Stevie Nicks, Ted Nugent, and 3 Doors Down providing the soundtrack of her life.

Dee Dee is survived by three daughters, April and Dennis Autry of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Becky and Jason Mullanaxi of Graham and Stevie and Casey Wilson of Mineral Wells. Four granddaughters, Teagan Autry and Nathan Mayes of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Kerra Wilson and Alejandro Garza and Kel’cee Wilson all of Mineral Wells and Shailyn Hamsing of Graham. Great granddaughter, Wren’Lee Davis of Graham. Two brothers, Clifford and Brenda Glassey of Pampa and Terry and Cyndie Glassey of Perryton. Three sisters, Bonnie and Mike Powers of Amarillo, Peggy and Johnny L’Esperance of Perryton and Kay and Bobby Snider of Spearman. Her life long partner, Vernon Rodgers of Mineral Wells and many nieces and nephews.

Sandra “Dee Dee” is preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Mary Glassey, her two brothers, Robert Glassey and Johnny Glassey, one sister, Brenda Glassey, two granddaughters, Caydence Hamsing and Chyra Davis.
