Sandra Howard Blair

Sandra Howard Blair, 77, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Graham.  A Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.  Arrangements are with Morrison Funeral Home.

Sandra was born September 10, 1943 in Ralls, Texas to the late Dessie Ruth (Gosdin) Howard and Vanroe Maxwell Howard.  She graduated from Graham High School and Texas Tech University.  Sandra was a member of the Methodist Church and longtime resident of Graham. 

Survivors include; daughter, Kimberly Rogan and husband Bill of Covington, WA; granddaughter, Gabrielle Blair of Gainesville, TX; brother, Max Howard and wife Carole of Graham.
