Sid Palmour

Thomas “Sid” Palmour, 69, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026 at his home in Newcastle. Memorial funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 12, 2026 at Oak Street Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery prior to the memorial at 9:30. Everyone is welcome. Visitation will be Friday, September 11th from 5:00 to 7:00 at Oak Street Baptist Church.

Sid was born March 1, 1957 in Fort Worth to the late Harold Hathman Palmour and Dortha Lovinggood Palmour. The family then moved to Humble, Texas where he grew up. He married Vicki Gough August 24, 1991 in Graham.

Sid worked in the oil and gas industry in various sectors, but for 40 years in the oilfield casing/tubular sector. He was the owner of Texas Energy & Equipment, LLP for 40 years beginning in Houston and for the past 35 years in Graham. He loved what he did, but his main love was Jesus - God first, then family. His goal in life was making every day the best day, happiest and most fun day for Vicki.

Survivors include: wife, Vicki Palmour of Newcastle; son, Phillip Michael Palmour and wife, Kimberly of Graham; grandchildren, Chloe Lynn Palmour and Elijah Michael Palmour both of Graham; brother, Don Palmour and wife, Pam of Houston.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Misti Lynn Ayers; Mother and Father; Mother and Father-in-Law, Charles and Mary Gough; Brother-in-Law Fred Gough and nephew Clayton West.
