Steve Watkins

Stephen Arnold Watkins, 66, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025 in Wichita Falls. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 4 p.m. in the Graham Senior Citizen Center.

Steve was born March 30, 1959 in Graham to the late Stanley and Dorthy (Barrett) Watkins.

He loved the outdoors, his family and friends, and lived life on his own terms. Steve was a devoted father who loved his girls more than anything.

Survivors include: daughters, Wynonia Taylor and husband, Nathan of Buhl, Alabama and Randie Loftis and husband, Timothy of Altoona, Alabama; brother, Stanley Watkins of Strathmore, California, sister, Wynonia Byrd of Graham, brother, James Watkins and wife, Charlette of Graham, brother, Loyall Watkins and wife, Marisa of Graham; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Roberts and brothers, Weldon Watkins and Mitchell Watkins.
