Wanda B. Abrams

Wanda B. Damron Abrams, 82, passed away Monday July 28, 2025. A Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday August 5, 2025 at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Her ashes will be interred at Gooseneck Cemetery.

Wanda was born June 11, 1943 in Freeport, Texas to the late Mary Siddell (McDowell) Damron and R.N. Damron. She was preceded in death by her first husband Loyd Dean Gustin in 1968. She moved to Graham in 1977 from Kermit. Wanda married C.O. “Bob” Abrams October 5, 1973 in Mineral Wells. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2010. Wanda was retired from Kendricks TV where she was the bookkeeper for over 20 years. She was a member of Cowboy Church Gatherin in Young County.

Survivors include; sons, Ron Gustin and wife Anne of Ventura, CA. and Darrell Gustin and wife Norma of Graham; daughters, Bobbie Wilson and husband Kyle of Mineral Wells, Tonia Dement of Mineral Wells; sister, Mary Thornton of Joplin; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Jeanette Damron, sister Charlotte Moore, and son Wade Gustin.

Memorials may be made to Young County Humane Society in Wanda’s memory.
