William "Bill" Murel McClendon, Jr.

William "Bill" McClendon, 71, passed away at his home Thursday, April 18, 2019. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home. Funeral will be Monday, April 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bill was born October 15, 1947 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to the late William Murel McClendon, Sr. and Rosa Blanche Cooley McClendon. Bill married Debbie Hall, June 1, 1984 in Graham. He was a longtime resident of Graham a former deputy Sheriff and a former Correctional Officer.

Survivors include; wife, Debbie McClendon of Graham; sons, William McClendon and wife Kaci of Olney; Cody McClendon and wife Ashley of Burkburnett; daughters, J.J. McClendon and Gary Rowe of Graham and Tara Campbell of Wichita Falls; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister, Rosanne Thetford and husband Mike of Graham; nieces, Stacey Holcomb and Melissa Newman.

Bill was preceded in death by a nephew, Bradley Thetford.
