Billy Joe McDaniel

Billy Joe McDaniel, 87, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in Bryson.  Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Senior Center 1070 North Main Street in Springtown.

Billy Joe was born July 6, 1931 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Willy Edward and Roxie Gladys (Bittle) McDaniel.  He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War.  Billy Joe received a Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineering and was employed at Lockheed.  He was a Pilot and loved dancing, fishing, snow skiing and water skiing.

Survivors include: wife, Ruth Ann McDaniel of Bryson; children, Bruce David McDaniel, Deborah Jo McDaniel Thomas and spouse Lloyd Thomas, Daryl Paul McDaniel and Spouse Annie Irene Emens McDaniel and Mara Victoria McDaniel; brothers, George McDaniel and wife, Shirley and Don McDaniel and wife, Angela; sister, Marion McMurrin and husband, David; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
